Just Zilch Fundraiser

Last term as part as our inquiry we looked at and learnt about 'Citizenship'. We looked at how to be a responsible citizen and how to help out our community. My decision around 'Citizenship' was to help out Just Zilch. I wanted to help the poor and sick and that's when I found out about Just Zilch. I had a small idea to run a mufti day and raise money for Just Zilch. I looked into it more. I emailed Rebecca (owner of Just Zilch) to see what she needed. She said they needed money and food. I thought cans  would last for a while so we could gather food and money. When it came to the day, we raised $326 and 192 food items. Good job Hokowhitu.
