Awards

 Congratulations to Jensen, Jason, Isabel and Zoe who travelled to Wellington last week for a Leader's Day which helped teach them some of the skills they will need to help organise our 40 Hour Famine.

 These terrific children all won awards last week for their super work in our kete.

Congratulations to Jessie and Jennifer who also won awards for their fantastic work in our kete.

Tangata Whenuatanga

Wow! What a day TKT had today. We were focusing on our new inquiry topic (Tangata Whenuatanga) which is all about our heritage.
We visited Te Manawa, The Square and the Palmerston North Library. We learnt about our ancestors and Palmerston North history.
We were engaged in a huge range of activities and certainly learnt a lot about our heritage.
