Market day

           Market  Day

On Friday the 22nd of September we had a market day. Before market day we had to get into groups of 5 or 6. Then we had to decide what we were going to sell. Then every group got a little desk that they had to design. Finally every group got to make their product. When Friday began people had a busy morning, then the market day began.

Hokowhitu represented our school but it was upsetting that CSNS won everything  but Hokowhitu  did good. I played rugby and even though we lost our games we did good.  I was captain and our coach helped us the whole way.

Basketball

I was in the RIOCH sports basketball team. We played 5 teams 2 over times. Our first team we played was ROSS we beat them. The first team was easy but the rest where hard. We came 4 out of basketball at the end it was disappointing but there's always next time. But I wondered how did College Street come 1st over all for every sport?!

I had a very well game at netball had lots of fun as well my favorite part was getting the ball the other team. But hopeful we can win next time.

A Day Of Glory for the school named...

The day has finally come for College Street school...They won most things, well they won every thing to be fair. Hokowhitu came 4th overall.The soccer team came 2nd and of course lost to College Street in the final. The netball team came 2nd like the soccer team and, again, lost to College Street in the final.The rugby team came 6th place over all. The hockey team came 5th and the basketball team came 4th as well. Although we didn't win, we made ourselves proud.
